International Dot Day

September 15 is International Dot Day. This day is inspired by Peter H. Reynolds's book called The Dot, which is celebrating its 10th anniversary this year. It is a book that encourages the creativity to bloom in all of us. Can't wait to read the book to the class on Monday! Thanks Mrs. Dent Scarcello for letting us know about this fun day.

It is really fun to make your own dot on Dot Day. You can design it however you want. How did they come up with dot day?

I think it is cool that there is a dot day. It is also cool when we took a picture of our dot work and it became 3D.
